There are emulators that run on Windows Mobile Smartphone Edition? I have seen them for the full Windows Mobile OS only.
Also, just so you know, the Dash you get will likely still have Windows Mobile 5. You can go to T-Mobile's Supprt site (from t-mobile.com) and download the update to Windows Mobile 6.
