How do I open my own Indirect/Authorized Wireless Dealership?
I'm already in the industry (work in direct retail) and have a "angel investor" who's willing to fund me in opening in my own store.
I know almost nothing of the inner workings of the indirect channel however. Do I work through the company or a master dealer? How much startup capital is needed? Do I have to leave any deposits? How do I order handsets?
Any Tips/Advice/Guidlines/Contacts/Pitfalls would be GREATLY appreciated.

Go to T-Mobile.com. On the bottom of the home page click the "Company Info" link. Under the Conducting Business heading on the left hand side click the "Dealer Information" link. From there, fill in the form and send it in. It's that simple! You will be contacted with any additional info. 😁
