Long Text Messages

Aight, so I got a problem and I'm wondering if there's someone who might be able to help me with it here.

First, let me start by saying that I'm a big fan of T-Mobile customer care and the service itself. BUT, I can't seem to get any help from customer care on this one.

I am having problems sending long text messages. It started on my T-619. I went through customer care and the troubleshooting steps that I've done on my own. They reset something that never fixed the problem. Now, I have a RAZR and I'm experienceing the same problem. They've checked for local issues and found nothing PLUS it seems to only be a problem on MY account (I've experienced the problem with a friend sitting right next to me using the exact same handset and they...

If it's only been happening today, I'd say give it a day or 2. Long text messages get broken up at the server into more than one message and are generally reassembled when delivered.

If there's a system issue it might be having troubles breaking up the message.

Just be patient, if it worked before it'll work again. It just takes time sometimes.

also. rare but it happens... a SIM change can solve the problem. Usually does. The SIM can get damaged sometimes. if that does not work call tier 3 customer care, they usually find out that there is no SMS set up on the account due to a upgrading error in the system.
