E715 + Free Downloads?

Hi, im hearing all this info that samsung offers a program to upload ringers through a usb cable to my phone. Anyone have any info on this and clear directions. Thanks ! PS i have E715 +TMO!

the OEM cable is a serial cable not USB, i hear about too many problems w/ the USB cable, and yes the program is typically included, the samsung website does have some free ringtones if you register your phone thru them
