VZW vs Tmo

Ok...I used to have VZW...the reason...coverage. I grew up in a small town in Michigan between Flint and Saginaw (NW of Detroit)...basically...there were NO other cellular companies that offered services in that area. Fast forward a couple years...I graduated college...and moved to near Grand Rapids, MI...hated the price I was paying, my phone, and the service I was getting with VZW...so I switched to Tmo. I was all excited with my new phone, great family time plan and all that...at least until I went home to my parents'. Where 3 years later...there are still NO other cellular service (Nextel is starting to come in there, but only if you're outside). So...came my dissappointment with Tmo...my parents' house and the area I often visit, is one of those holes in Tmo's coverage area (look on the map...follow the green between flint and saginaw, and just to the west is the hole).

So here I come to the point where my Tmo contract is about to be up, and I now faced with problem. Stick with Tmo, and enjoy the better phones, service, and plans...or got back to VZW and pay more for less service and a crapier phone...but have better coverage. (btw...Tmo's coverage isn't the greatest around here either...once you get about 10 min out of town to the more rural area...forget it)

I sell both companies, but I happen to love T-Mobile. However, I think you are answering your own question in your post. I tell people that if T-Mobile's coverage works for them, then there is no better wireless provider. Unfortunately, if any company doesn't have service in the places you need it, then it doesn't do you much good.
