Because their reception sucks.

Suncom--Suncom *shakes head* has better coverage in Northern Virginia (Harrisonburg--RIGHT OFF THE FRIGGIN HIGHWAY).

I'm looking at a Suncom phone with 6 bars, and my excellent E315 (phone, not the service) getting 2 bars inside this building. It's pitiful T-mobile.

I think I'll be switching carriers very soon.

Are you suffering a reduction in service? Are you getting static and dropped calls where you used to get clear calls? Did you used to get more bars of signal where you are now getting fewer signal bars?

If so, it might be a phone issue. Phone rather than service, particularly if other T-Mo phones are getting better signal/reception.

If not, and the service has been the same since you got the phone, shame on you for complaining, rather than cancel during the cancellation period.
