Mini SD cards
I've only heard of 2gb cards working with the phones. I've never tried/nor heard anyone trying a 4gb card.

It will work... but you will get frustrated... most phones cannot handle anything more than 2GB because of the processor in the phone. the 4GB memory card will work until you exceed a little more than 2.5GB with errors like files missing, corrupt file, or file not found... also freezes your phone up quite a bit. using multiple 2GB cards are better. even 1GB cards go alot smoother.

I have a 128 mb card that works. Of course those are antique already in tech-time.
