most local "world phone" providers hav the code too, or at least a machine to do it. $69.99 if you are in the Minneapolis area, all World of Wireless stores do it.
Honestly after seeing the Prada phone, and knowing some customers go it for $300.... it is a lot better, touch screen is flawless, and more compatible with T-Mo's network, well mainly because it is available with our buddies at T-Mobile UK.

I'm not familiar with Prada's OS. Their OS may be a flaw or flawless.
