billing issue?

Hello my billing cycle ends the 8th every month and i still didnt receive my statement yet. its been 15 days? What should i do?

easiest, dial #225#, will tell you the ammt you owe and when its due.

call customer care, 611 on your cell or 800-937-8997, let customer care know that your bill has not been rec'd, they'll send a new one.

log on to myt-mobile.com, its free, if you haven't registered, it only takes a second, they send the password to your phone, and you can view an image of your bill.
