at first I thought it was just me having problems with t-mobile. I would be at home and get dropped calls and static on my phone.. then I went to new location and had the same problem . the come to find out my friend and aunt have the same problem with their t-mobile phone. is there something wrong with t-mobiles towers?? I live in Scottsdale, AZ and never had this happen before and it is very annoying!

Have you checked your coverage on t-mobile.com? If the coverage map shows you should have good reception you should call customer service and see if the network is down in that area and have a technician look at it.

T-Mobile has REALLY good service, especially in the big cities across the country. You should try called technical care and asking them to file a service request for you. Don't loose faith in T-mobile - its a great company. One of the only ones that actually FIXES your problem or replaces your phone.

lemme guess? you have a RAZR...your family has RAZRs.....

no folks...i am not a PSYCHIC, that was just an educated guess.

In response to your question dear, call 611 they are nice and will have you all fixed up within an hour.

I live in Phoenix, coverage is great, but the phone receives the signal. Your problem may be with the phone.
