I thought I had found a decent enough Carrier...but alas...I was wrong. So peep game, I've had to replace my SDA not 1, not 2, but THREE times so far beacuse of issues. On the 1st phone, it powered off and wouldn't turn back on. PLUS I was only getting download speeds of 10-15kbps in EDGE territory(Live in Indianapolis, work downtown). 2nd phone, vibrate stopped working....STILL only getting 20-25kbps in EDGE territory. 3rd phone, YET AND STILL only getting 25kbps MAX in edge territory. If I put my SIM in another phone...it works fine...it's just that with the SDA...it's not working. Spent HOURS on the phone with tech support today to try to resolve it. Went to the Corp store to try my card in another phone...and again...it works fin...

Most companies will replace your equipment with a different, yet comparable device after your third exchange. They make this policy because they're all nationwide carriers, and many states have lemon laws which necessitate this. After #3 craps out, which it sounds like it will, mention your lemon laws and get a different device from warranty.

I had a samsung e315 that tmobile replaced 3 times. They explained to me that this was there policy. I have worked for sprint and verizon wireless tech support for over 3 years now and they both also have the same policy. The only ones who can overide this is the companies retention department. When you call in next be polite and ask to speak with them dont get an attitude with them and they will help you they have me a couple of times. They will take a look at your account and if you are in good standing they will help you. Tmobile as you stated is a decent company unlike some others. That is why I have them as my carrier even though I have worked and still am working for the others.

Also if you do two exchanges within 90 days, TMobile actually makes you get a different but comparable phone

Make sure that you do 3 exchanges within 90 days...thats the tmobile criteria to qualify for a multiple exchange. According to streamline right now, your multiple exchange would be a Tmobile DASH...much improved. So what you should do when you get it is immediately call cust care and say there is something wrong with it.
