Call the Sidekcik data group and tell them you activated an account for a customer who is using apreviously owned Sidekick and they will walk you through the reset process (usually alt shift and x if its a 2 and alt shift 1 or 0 if its a three. Do paperclip reset when holding down power button on 2 if its a three after it reboots from the above step press and hold the r key.
