I read this and from what the website says you have a choice of doing month to month w/o a contract or you can choose a 1 or 2 year contract. When I first heard about the FlexPay plan I called TMO to inquire about it. I was told that you really don't have a choice...what you are elgible for is based on your credit. Eh...it really doesn't matter anyway because Im not going back to TMO until they get 3g.

You have a few ways of going about Flex pay. One options is opting not to perform a credit check. When you do that, you are instantly put on a non contract plan month to month plan. With this you will have to pay full price for a phone, no discounts. If you chose to run your credit but don't qualify for a normal plan, you can qualify for a Flex pay annual contract were you can chose an one or two year term and will be able to get the new customer pricing for a phone.
