Just go to the Contact Us link on their website (Home page) and then click on Send us an e-mail. Follow this by selecting the Yes option to indicate that you are a customer and then select Coverage and Coverage Problems from the Topic and Subtopic picklists available. Finally, describe the nature of your coverage issue in the Comments box provided.
Ofcourse you could dial 611 (free call) from your cell phone or dial their toll free number to talk to Customer Service from a landline.

I'm located in San Diego, CA. When I switched to T-mo they plugged my address into a program that claimed I should have great coverage at my house. In reality, I have no coverage at my house! 😢

Which phone(s) did you purchase from them? It very well coud be the instrument not functioning properly. This is only one of the many possibilities of what could be wrong. Other ideas could be that you were given a bad SIM orit could be a tower issue. T-Mobile is just not going to just stand by and watch their customers complain.
