Trouble with Phone

I purchased a Samsung t619 back in April when I signed up for service on a one-year contract. In June the phone had problems, so I took it to a T-Mobile Corporate store. They got me another phone through warranty. Two-days later they sent me a razor instead of a t619. They said it was because the phone was out of stock and the razor was equal to the t619. Since getting that razor i have had many problems with the razor and I have had it exchanged four times. Finally after I complained about them sending me the razor without my consent and how I wanted a phone that worked, they sent me a Nokia 6103. The 6103 is an awful phone. The T619 was discontinued a while ago so that is why they could not send you another one. The razor is garbage but it was the substitute that they sent for the samsung. If you have problem with a phone and have to exchange it more than 3 times they offer you another model which is why they sent you the 6103. That phone was a decent phone so I'm not sure why you are having so much trouble with it. They have a warranty on it so that you can exchange it when you have problems. If you want a different model you have no choice but to do an upgrade or buy one outright. T-Mobile did its part and is providing you with alternate phones when your original is not available or if you have constant problems with your current phone. Report them to BBB wil...

there customer service is awesome and if you are nice enough, they might not charge you the etf.

the main lcd not turning off while closed is a setting. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

But on a serious note, what "problems" were there with the phones? Could it have possibly been their network?
