To any Tmobile reps, i have questions
Ok my friend has been with Tmobile for 5+ years, has 5 lines, they always have overages, the bills are paid on time every month on month, never had the service disconnected, and has only upgraded once to regular cheapy phones within the 5 years. He called and asked on some sort of promotion price for the pearl and they told him it was $280.
My question is what would he have to do/say to get the pearl cheaper like in the 100's range?
Is there any promo he could use or any upgrade policy he qualifies to get it maybe for free?

well it depends on when he got the upgrade, the tenure really does not have any relevance, many customers assume that because they have not switched their phones in years that they should be more qualified for a discount then other customers, when that is not the case at all...if he got the cheap phones less then 22 months from his last upgrae then the price that was quoted to him was correct, being that it was a partial discount off msrp, partial meaning like 30 bucks...now if he waited till the 22 month period in which he got his last upgrade then he would get it for 199.99 with a 50 dollar mail in rebate
