It doesn't matter where you've actually signed up for the MyFaves program, as long as you do a two year contract and you activate the plan by December 26, 2007. You must then print out and return the completed application form by December 31, 2007, and remain active on a qualifying myFaves plan, with no past-due balance, as of February 29, 2008.
