Upgrade
I want to know how i can upgrade with out paying full price for the handset being that i'm a flexpay customer. I've read threads where people say if you print out the price of the handset off letstalk.com and take it to a T-Mobile corp store that they have to price match it?
any help is greatly appreciated also thanks in advance.

they do not have to match it as a matter of fact, no corporate store in my area (tampa) would dream of doing that. my manager would jump up and down on my chest until i was dead if i did that. i was actually talking to my market manager today, and he confirmed that no market manager that that he knew of would allow a rep to match a non-t-mobile web offer. even with the discounted price of the phones it takes over 10 months for t-mobile to start making money off the transaction, and giving away a phone that would normally cell for 250+ for free would wipe out any profit they could ever conceivably have.

Also beware - if they are offering a data device for free (Dash, Curve, Wing, Shadow), they usually require having the data package for 6 months. If you were going to do that anyway, then fine, but if not...you may want to read up on all the details before just seeing the price and running with it.
But chances are...for an upgrade, no T-Mo Corporate store will match a price. The store loses money, and the ...
