Silly issue but it really pisses me off!!

So both lines on my account are partially available for upgrade pricing. 1 line is up for full discount in January and the other in April. When I log in to MyTMobile my primary line - January - only shows\allows me to choose an upgrade at FULL price, whereas my 2nd line - April - gives me both options (Full and Partial Discount). I found this out because I went to a local store and they looked it up for pricing and said my primary line was not eligible, yet I knew I was close. I looked on-line and saw the same info so I have now called twice and have been told by CSR's that they will send it up and someone will call within 48 hours. I know it's silly since I can call and they have verified that I am eligible, but I want to make sure tha...

quit whinning if you are fully qualified then you will get it, maybe not online but just call into customer care when the time comes and they can memo the account so that you can have it honored in the store...patience is a virtue

And I bet when you call to upgrade they'll tell you that "for future reference you can always log in to my.t-mobile.com to make changes to your account AND even upgrade"!

Haha.

Yeah, I agree... it's annoying.

Especially when it's a phone that you can only get online.
