A strange observation
Finally a week later more arrived at their store and we went in to change her phone out. We did so and noticed that when you hit a key on the outside to light it up her call end button illuminates red and mine pink... Weird... Also, my case seems loose or not screwed in all the way. I lack the weird little screwdriver/key to tighten it so I will take it to the store to do so.
Also, my speakerphone hisses and hers does not, if I press the case together well enough it stops though I am hoping it will be fixed if I get them to tighten it.

Oh my GAWD!!! A shoddily built Motorola product? I am SHOCKED, I tell you, SHOCKED AND AMAZED to hear such a thing! I think I'd better go have a bit of a lie down now, I feel faint. My faith in the solid order of the universe has been shaken... 🙄
It's still kind of hit-or-miss with the motorolas. If you don't know their history of cell phones let me just briefly tell you: They used to be horrible pieces of crap not fit for a paperweight. Motorola smeared their name, as well as several companies that sold their products. Millions upon millions of dollars later (and still going) they have made deals with carriers, deveolped all new software and firmware, and trashed all their old phone designs and came out with new ones. So, yes...they are making every valliant attempt to do the best they can do making new phones. However, though they have drastically improved, there's still more that can be done.
