If you got insurance when you purchased the phone you can go through them to get a replacement. However if you didn't you should have a partial discount on a new phone, it wont be as good as your initial discount but its definatly something off the retail cost of the phone. Though if you do use this discount now, you wont have ANY discount for 22 months on that line.

I suggest that if you use the partial discount that you pick up the insurance.
