Tmobile in New Orleans

Does anyone here live in New Orleans and use tmobile and have good signal? I have tmobile right now but I'm switching to cingular because of poor reception and dropped calls on tmobile.......so far cingular customer service sucks....

🤣 Yes, Cingular Customer Service bites!

I looked at the coverage map and it shows that you are supposed to have significantly good coverage. I myself live in Dallas, TX and have no problems. I have two phones on a Family Plan and am exhibiting no such issues.

I have used my phone casually in New Orleans, and where I have been it's worked wonderfully. However, thats just mostly sticking to the airport, route from, the quarter and garden district...I haven't been many other places down in that area than that. You should have pretty good service down there....what type of phone are you using? Have you tried another one, or a different brand? Personally when I made the switch previously from motorola to samsung I all the sudden started to be able to get signal in places I Was not able to before...like in my house. I have the sidekickII now, I just got it right after christmas, and I'm very impressed. It has been working wonderfully!

I've got the motorola v300. The thing is a few people I know who have different phones are having the same trouble getting good signal here...

It doesn't change the fact that everyone I know with tmobile has major issues, some have switched and are happy, no matter what model phone.........
