T-Mobile's site problem

I went to T-Mobile's site and signed in. I have the Samsung d-415. So I click "download games" to see if my phone is now able to download games. My phone does come up, but everytime I click on my phone it says "Error. If problem priests call 611." I really don't want to call just yet. So I go to the regular home page of the site and click "service & features" go down to games, click on it and it doesn't come up w/ my phone. I am wondering why it comes up when I am logged in. In the "download games" section and not on the regular home page.

Because each game/ringtone/image download is different for each phone. For example, the song may be the same , but the clip of the song may be different. Also, when downloading content, there is a charge. IF downloading from T-Mobile.com you have to be logged in so it knows who to charge it to.

As far as the home page...do you mean you see other models, but not yours, or are there any?

Certain parts of T-Zones and T-Mobile.com right now are experiencing some problems, there is a master trouble ticket filed for it, but I'm sorry there's no ETR.

Are you having any other issues?

In addition, I'll also have to check, too if games have become avavilable for the D415 yet through T-Mobile....that I'm not sure of.

Yes, on the main page I don't see my model phone just others. But when I log in to MyT-Mobile.com. And my main page of MyT-Mobile.com loads, I go to where it says "Entertainment" and click "Download Games" then a page loads w/ all phone models and mine is on the list. But when I go and click on it, a page loads then the page says "Error. If the problem presits call 611".
