Okay, how many rate plan changes to the new 1000 N/W plan? I'm currently at 14 and still have a couple of hours to go on my shift... Beat that! 🤣

I think it will pick up more once the TV and radio ads launch. We put our sign out yesterday for the promo plan and got swamped with customers, new and current demanding it.

I must say it is an awesome plan!

Go team!

yeah, I totally agree! Once the ads hit people are going to swamp to it...The majority of the people I switched yesterday to that plan said "oh I saw an ad is it true?" Well yes, ma'am it is 😁

Is anyone else surprised at how willing customers are to agree to the contract for these new plans?? It's amazing! Finally, some level headed T-Mobilites!! 😁

It probably helps too reps are more clear about it before any changes are made now. Ever since that automatic "1" from quality and a written warning if they catch you on a call not reading verbatim, and copy/paste that contract...boy thats the first thing out of my mouth I don't even try to squeeze it in non-chelantly. I thought I was clear before, I make sure they know now! Not a single person has argued though...all were very willing 🙂. I think our asking for a 12 month agreement for that is incredibly fair.

In a way, it's fair, because every other carrier has "2yrs contracts" which I think is completely crazy. I hope T-Mobile never changes to a "2yrs contract".
