only certain areas was affected by the govt. So most have been another issue. But all they have to do is release one city in 3g and they met their promise. But I believe the govt is only affecting 50% of what they won. The other 50% is tmobile issues.

So the question is, do you upgrade now or wait till after 3g is up and running before you use your full discount on a phone?
I'm bored with my phone and I wanna upgrade now but at the same time, I'm thinking of waiting to use my full upgrade in hopes that when 3g is up, T will start releasing nicer and cooler phones (like everyone else has).

Oh, sure they have. But I mean something a tad bit nicer and "cooler" than a Samsung slider...

Please keep in mind all 3G phones released so far are NOT 3G data but 3G voice ONLY. 3G data handsets are supposed to start launching sometime this year so if that's what you're looking for, then wait for your upgrade.

I doubt it very highly that its voice. They are not going to have voice over both 3g and GSM. ATT is not doing it why would tmobile?
