For those of you in the New York City Area:
Did you hear the about the three teens that went to take a picture of the Verrazono Bridge, and got stuck on a raft that started drifting into the ocean at night. They tried to call the Police using their Nextel phone but it said "no service". I am surprised that Nestel didn't have service in Brooklyn where they were located. They should have had T-Mobile.

Yup! I am in New York City and I heard about it on the news a while ago. If it wasn't for that lady passing by that saw them, them and thier cell phones would have been doomed! 😲

😲 I thought Nextel was supposed to be good with their service. I know T-Mobile would have had service. If that was my cellphone, I would have cancelled service, thats rediculus.

😁 The mother of one of the teens wasn't mad cause her son was alive, thats what matters. But, a father of one of the teens said he would have pop him so hard that the police that rescued them would have to to rescue them from him! WOW!

Kind of hard to cancel your "cellphone" service if you're dead!
