Especially telephone customer reps. They are pretty awesome. Corp Store Employees are good too but I think after answering dumb questions from some dumb customers all day and putting out fires all day long, it get to them somthimes but overall....TMO Rocks.....

I would consider them if and when they get 3g and better coverage. But doubt it. They are not that good.
