So I've basically only been getting what seems to be GPRS speeds on my Nokia 6263 in Chicago, which is a 3G phone. I know the network isn't activated yet, so it's still only operating on the EDGE network, but 30-70kbps, what's up with that? I've tested it everywhere, including where I would use my dash and the dash would get between 150-200kbps, but this phone I get 70, 56, 35, etc. It kept going down till it consistently got between 30-55kbps. I've tried speaking with T-Mobile and they keep saying that they don't see a problem and can't understand how I would know and stuff like that.
