Advice. . .
Secondly, Ive been having some coverage issues where i live (NE ohio). I have used pcc and I am in a "good" area. I have a E715 and my siglnal constantly bounces up and down and cuts in and out. Would this have anything to do with the sim because the sim i have active is an old voice stream sim.
Are there any tmobile phones that have better signal strength? becuase I have been thinking about buying one off ebay or something. . .Thanks for the advice.

One more question too, people that call me say it takes multiple times to get though, many times it goes straight to voice mail. . .any advice?

😁 It might be the VoiceStream SIM card thats not registering correctly on the T-Mobile network. The old SIM that you have might not have the updated technology that the current T-mobile SIM cards have. I suggest that you change the SIM card to an up-to-date T-Mobile SIM card. Keep me posted!
And what would this new "technology" be? I have a 4.5 year old VoiceStream SIM card and I don't have any problems.

If we show coverage on the coverage map - a quad band phone will make all the problems go away. Calling 611 or visiting a store to file a trouble ticket is the best way to go.
And why would you even *need* a quad band phone on T-Mobile considering that T-Mobile only uses 1900 Mhz?

Not necessarily...quad band phones only benefit is pocket roaming. Basically, IF we have a roaming agreement in a specific area, and 1900mhz is not available, 850 will be allowed. This doesn't occur often either. There are some countries as well that only operate in 850mhz such as ecuador and uruguay.
