Cust Care reps please Help. (Kinda long)
I ordered a T-mobile Wing through the sales department in October for $99.999+tax on an added line. The amount was to be put on my next bill. I recieved the phone but the device was defected so i sent the phone back for exchange a few weeks later but the price on the phone had gone up to $129.99+tax. I would probably recommend to go to a corporate store and ask them to look over the notes on the acct to see what happened. Talking to a sales rep may be more helpful in this case.

well the thing is your going to see a credit on your account for $99.99+tax on your bill for the returned device if returned within about 2 months. Just like handset upgrades through customer care it sometimes takes 2 months for the charges to show on your account for handset upgrades and thats just how the billing system works wit tmobile.

The problem with that is i wasnt charged for the first phone because i sent it back within a few weeks because of defect. I was charged for the second device and that was paid. A month later i get another charge for 129.99 for another line on my account which i never ordered a phone for. I will take the advice given to me and go to a corporate store and see what they can do. thanks for the info
