First of all, You get full coverage benefits for $20 a month for individuals (medical, dental, vision). The pay depends on the department you venture into. I work retail--hourly base (determined by FT or PT and experience) + Commission which is structured on a percentage-to-quota pay out. The more you sell, the more you get paid, obviously.
T-Mobile has been ranked best place to work twice in business week (2 years in a row) and is currently the only wireless provider to adorn that list.

it really depends on store and quota. As an SRSR I was tipping 65K after three years (this is my last year in college) and as an assistant you get about 5K more but you don't haveto sell you get a percentage of storesales and are a slave to the RSM. If you are not T-Mobile already or have not managed a store successfully for along time with another wireless carrier I wouldn't expect to get the RSM position as our in house promotion rate is about 85% with that rising due to the expansion of our corporate development program. Full dental/medical/vision/life,childcare subsidies, tuition assistance, recognition are all good perks.
