Renew for the 45.99 promo plan?

I just signed into a new contract at the end of last month. Can I re-renew into a new annual contract starting today for the 45.99 1000 minute promo plan or do I have to wait till this current contract is up to do it?☹️

You can switch rate plans at any time as long as you agree to a contract extention (not all plans require an extention)
