It's official.
After much speculation T-Mobile will begin carrying SE again as soon as early June. With SE really stepping it up lately it's a very smart choice. I will post a link of the news when it is available.
(maybe SE will replace motorola?)

but I don't think W760 and Z780 will be that early as there's no FCC doc which indicates they have UMTS 1700

there was no phones announced with along with it, so i really don't know for sure yet. They said there will be three new SE's available at launch

It will probably either be a K series like the K800 or like you said the W300.
I wouldn't be surprized if they just aquired some of the Sony phones Suncom had in their line up.

K790a is good
but I think C702 may be better
but just hope don't cripple 3G like C702a, and change it to NA1700
SE phones have killer features
decent AF cam on selected models (except K850)
decent reception
long battery
but it also has weakness
1. memory card, though X1 will support microSD, it's HTC product, that is considered as exception
2. no standard 2.5 or 3.5 audio jack
3. early stage fw is pretty buggy
4. building quality was weak on 07 models
if SE offers trouble-free phones, 09 will be SE year, and some customers may complains: "what the HELL SE phone is here and there?!"
