customer service no longer 24 hours
does anyone know why Tmobile customer servive is no longer 24 hours ? when I try to call in the late evening, the recording tells me that I have called after hours and to call again at 6 am .

We changed the customer service hours due to such a low call volume at that time of night/morning. Cust care closes at 10pm PST and reopens at 3am PST. However if you need technical assistance, the tech support group is still open 24hrs.
