Former Sprint customer that is looking for a new home. Which phone for TMobile has the best signal strength? Any other information you can give me about TMobile's service will be greatly appreciated as well.

You can check coverage on website and now also personal coverage check - see how the signal will be at your address.

Nokia i have found have the best signal strength, but i would think a quad phone would be better so if u need to roam u can pick up cingulars' signal. A phone like the V600 might be a good choice here for free

ehhh...yes and no, and it's more on the "not so much" side...most international roaming is going to consist of 900/1800 mhz...there are only a very few countries that only support 850..off the top of my head I know of uraguay, and ecuador...Other than that I'm sure it's there, I just don't know without looking. Also here in the U.S. a quad band phone with T-Mobile (and someone already said it) is going to only benefit you with "pocket" roaming". which is not the same as normal roaming. Only in an area where we have a roaming agreement, your phone may be handed off to an 850 tower instead of a 1900 tower if more readi...

Oh no...you were correct about it being an international phone...and being as you work for cingular, even more so at that. As I said before, it all has to do with the phones' configuration, and what company is using it. Also, what country supports which band. 🙂

Of our current manufacturers...here goes
5. Motorola...sucks!!!! Big floppy donkey d!ck
4. Siemens...I get no complaints
3. Sharp...still haven't talked to a single customer who this phone
2. Nokia...overall best quality phone manufacturer but I list them at 2 because I like flip phones and Nokia doesn't make a flip phone (at least in the US)
1. Samsung...Any Samsung except for the R225/C225 gets the best signal out there...

hope this helps...

Good devices...don't have a need for "on-the-go" email...
Don't really think of them in device terms.
Dependable...reliable...
EZ to work with once you get used to them.
I just don't need one so that is why I didn't put them in the list.
