Before I start.... If you are starting an MVNO... why can't you buy TMo phones from Tmo?

As far as being an indirect Tmo indirect delaer...if you go through KCI, QDI, etc as your master dealer...... KCI and QDI (master dealers) are as you call it "distribitors" to the indirects. Your reseller of minutes is charging you for the phones and you are just trying to find them cheaper.... But all Tmo phones originate from one of three branches, all of which will get either the dealer in trouble, or you, or a combination of both....except one

1) Walmart prepaid phones... or another stores prepaid phones (all of which are tracked)

2) Master dealers who sell to indirects (which are tracked)

3) Tmo directly

So just do things the correct way.. or you won't be in business long.... Trust me... I have seen quite a few indirects get canned.
