Dumb question...
I dont' completely understand 3G, so I'm curious to know -
In the city that I live in, I'm not roaming so I can use my data. Before the 3G, I was roaming data when I visted family in my hometown. Now I'm not.
Is the 3G deal responsible for that? Or is my ignorance showing?

if its in the nyc area it would probably be due to the addtion of the 3g network. if not its probably just because we expanded our regular network and added more towers in that area
