It has been released in Europe. Don't think it is coming to U.S. You can get one unlocked off Ebay for like 600 bucks and use it with T-Mobile if that's what you want.

I don't think the 500 Model will make it here but the SGH-E 865 is supposed to come sometime in March. I think it might be the Us version os the 500.

any more info on the E865, i cant see anything about that phone on here, or on samsungs website

I saw this info from the review of samsung phones from the CES show report. I describes the E865 as the US version of the D-500. Also a T-Mobile store
rep. said they would be getting them in in March. 😉 🙂

As I have been long enough to have such a cool phone like SGH-E865, I am looking for more official information from either T-Mobile or Samsung. I can't find any information other than their announcement at CES in January. Besides, I don't seem to be able to find the fact whether the phone was approved by FCC. Anyone from T-Mobile has better information when the phone may be released??
