Ok i need a little help from a csr. I am a tmo customer but I am currently on a dealer line. I have a samsung e715 but its not working anymore. I made a phone call and heard an extremely high pitched noise and now the microphone doesnt seem to be working and no one can hear me on the other end. I need to know what I can do to get a new phone. Any ideas besides ebay? All help would be appreciated.

Try a Master Reset first, if no luck call customer care to see if you qualify for a handset exchange. They will help you trouble shoot.

And please call in from a landline, NOT your mobile phone! 😉

i wish. i think the problem im running into is that i never purchased the phoen and it wasnt new when i received it. a Tmobile asm gave it to me to use but it use to be a demo for circuit city! I keep hearin people tell me how awsome the 715 is for them but for me its been complete garbage. I just want to go get a sharp phone and i have no problem payin 150 for it but dont i have to pay like 200 or something? I think im calling employee accounts and ask them if i can just migrate to a new cust account and receive new rebates

just reveiw policy, in order to recieve any discounts if you change your accnt, i believe its 90 days before a discount, but if you are going from employee to regular your name stays in the system for 90 days and you will have to wait that long for the best discounts.
