I live in Georgia, stay mainly north of ATL. We have MetroPCS currently, they have been great (we rarely travel outside of the metro ATL coverage area and it is dirt cheap!) but we are tired of the crappy phones and are looking to travel a bit in the next few years.

Should I go with T mobile or ATT/Cingular? we like getting more for our money, but we're worried about quality of customer service and coverage.

Thanks in advance,
Kat

hey kat! to be honest it comes down to 2 things. ATT/Cingular they have really cool phones, but the pricing is expensive! T-mobile has pretty good phones, but pricing is bang for your buck! Im in the process of switching myself. its either t-mobile or att.. but from what all my friends, family, forums, and research you'll get the bang for your buck with t-mobile. and everyone one that i know and forums that i read about t-mobile there customer service is great!!! im considering to going to t-mobile. ATT.. well i used to work for them.. didnt really like how they did things. prices are high! really cool phones though, and i heard there customer serivce sucks! from experience and from what people have told me they hate att customer service. AT...

I've been with Tmobile sense 2005... Always loved Tmobile. They do have the best customer care. I work for Verizon where I sell phones and services and we get updates and well Tmobile has been ranked number 1 for customer care for years. That's what made me choose them. If you ever have a problem with service they will give you bonus minutes and all kinds of goodies... The plans are resonable and cheap and unlike ATT they actually change up the plans. ATT keeps the same type of plans. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
