What happened to the coverage?

I work as a dealer and T-Mobile is one of the ones we sell. In the last month, coverage has gone to about 1/2 what it was. Anyone know what has happened? I am in the South Florida, Ft. Myers area. I have some seriously ticked off customers and I just can't seem to get a reason why coverage just dropped like it has.
