how long tower outages

The single tower that servers most of the town that I live in (Spencer, MA) has been offline since yesterday morning. Are extended outages typical on specific towers? If this tower doesn't get back online soon, T-Mobile is basically useless to me. Customer Service only has information that the tower is down due to technical problems and is "pending resolution". The agents should be given more info than that vague wording that doesn't really mean a darn thing. 👿

It's now been over 48 hours since I first noticed the outage. All customer service can tell me is that it's tagged with "resolution pending", which doesn't really seem to mean anything other than they know about it, and it's not fixed. One would think 48 hours would be more than enough time to ascertain the issue, and fix it. If not I suspect it's a matter of T-Mobile doesn't want to spend the money needed to resolve the issue in a timely manner. At any rate customer service should have more detailed information about this than the vague "resolution pending". As far as I know there is no ETA or anything. Anyone have a number or a contact in T-Mobiles engineering department that might be able to ...
