System Busy
😢 I live in Chicago and I get great service in the city and burbs,but I only live there during the summer months. I am in central Illinois "Normal area" most of the time I'm at school and I get the System busy error. I mainly get this Error After nine,but it happens sometimes during peak hours. I have been with T-mobile for a while and i want to keep them,but if this keeps happening I'm going to have to leave. Does anyone know of any advancements to this area or areas in general because this is a major issue. I can't make calls after nine and that sucks.

I couldn't make calls from a specific area for about 5 days, I kept getting the same message. I think it was a problem with just the one tower. Try calling T-Mobile and report it, the will send out an engineer to take a look at the problem and hopefully be able to fix it.
