Sales Pitch

Any and all retail reps out there:
I am searching for some good sales pitches to grab a certain demographic of people in my area. My area is surrounded by seniors and large families and a lot of Smart Access (immigrants) customers. Any and all info or ideas are welcome. February seems to be a slow month company wide for my company and I am looking to get ahead.

Another thought: word travels with seniors so use that to your advantage. Sit down with them and show them how to use their phone, program names, etc. Smile and take time to answer all of their questions (you'll have the time during a slow month). Then when they're all happy and excited, give them some of your cards and promise them that you will give their friends the same treatment you gave them. The one on one time spent with them will make them feel special and their new phone knowledge will help them not feel scared. If you do it right, they'll tell their friends about that lovely man/woman down at that T-Mobile store that helped them out so much.

Please make sure that you tell them everything about the phone and plan so there won't be any surprises. I work for another company, hint: our favorite color is orange. I wish our store people would take their time with customers.

Competition, what competition!

If any smart access customer tells you they want to look around.explain the huge difference in us and other companies. Highlight the 45.99/1000 anytime mins and 49.99/regional 3000. No company is even close to touching that.
