Need Help!!!!
I have a flex acct with tmo, and ever since i added an additional line to my acct and switched my plan to a family share plan, i have been on the phone with cs and tech for the past week. my secondary line is a bb8320 and the issue that i have is that i cannot make or receive calls. i can access the internet and send text msgs but no voice. i had the sim card replaced and my voice calls worked but my internet did not. i called in and they fixed the internet but now my call won't work again. it's like i'm only allowed to have one or the other. the reps are very polite but they keep offering me min and i don't need min, i need the phone to work properly!! This has been going on since the line activated on 8/29. Any ideas on what i should do? T...
