New Data Packages
I called T-mobile tonight to switch to the 9.99 package and, after some research, they said that my Behold is a "smartphone" and I'd have to be on the 24.99 package. What makes it a smartphone? The touchscreen? Other than that, it's not really any different than my T639 or razr, in terms of features.
Paying over 20 bucks for a slow t-zones is not my idea of a good time!
So my question is that if I was on the $9.99 data package, would it work the same as if I was on the 24.99 package (or my total internet package that I have now)??

The Behold is infact a very data-centric phone with the fact that it's a touchscreen, has full internet browsing, and is 3G. I personally do not see the point of getting a behold, G1, blackberry, or any of the internet phones without full internet capabilities.
I don't know about the G1 and the web pages it can pull up but my Behold scrunches the html sites that I open and it makes it a rather less than enjoyable experience when surfing the web. I don't know but we're getting off my initial question, which doesn't really matter anymore anyway since T-Zones is doing the exact same thing that the Total Internet package was doing for me.
