advil will do nothing, you need tylonol pm or nyquill

I hate to tell you this, but being a Tmobile customer care rep isn't a career. And if another corporation/company called Tmobile up and asked "what about this guy/gal you had working for you?", all you could say is "yeah, he/she worked for us". That's it. It's how bad employees get jobs elsewhere.
