I've had T-mobile for 11 months now with a family plan, which 2 phones are up for upgrades. I called the other day to get a new phone and the guy told me the TM150 would be $199.99 with a $100 mail in rebate. I was able to get him to go down to $80 with no rebate since the website has it for $50 after an instant rebate(plus $35 activation for new customers). He, also, told me the E315 would be $60($25+$35 activation from website). I had to make sure of the price, so I told him I'd call back and he said hed make a note on the account of the price I was quoted. Anyway, when I called back they told me the E315 would be $179.99 and the TM150 would be $199.99, but they saw that there was a note about the TM150 and they could do it for $80. The guy hadn't made a note of the E315, though, and the rep would not go lower than $179.99 on it and said NO ONE gets it any cheaper than that. Of course I've read online people getting it for $35, but I wouldn't mind paying the $60 for it. Anyone know what I can do because they refuse to honor the $60 price. This is the first time customer service hasn't been helpful and I'm surprised that they are only offering me a $20 discount on the E315 when they told me it would be $60. I plan on getting one TM150, but I want one E315, too.

Anybody who quoted you 60.00 for the E315 was smoking crack and not sharing... 179.99 is the lowest price available on that phone--I have NO idea where he was pulling the sixty buck figure from. 😳

$179.99 for a 315 is a joke, My store does those on a renewal for $125. The TM 150 price is pretty good though.

No, he isn't smokin' crack or imagining anything, but he was given a very, VERY rare offer. Basically, our online store (T-Mobile.com)currently is offering the E315 for $24.99 with NEW activation as a promotion. Just like sometimes dealers or even corporate stores with permission can run specials for a limited time, our website does too. Now, technically, our upgrade program/pricing is called "same as new", right? Which is once our customers reach the point we can offer them the maximum discount. SO: if a customer calls in about a website offer, they have to specifically mention the offer they saw, be off contract, escalated, and threatening to cancel before a website offer match can/will be made, and it's still not 100% guaranteed it will b...
