Strange call from T-Mobile!
Hi. I just received a strange call from T-Mobile wanting me to take a survey of my recent call to T-mobile customer care. A man asked me a couple of questions about the rep that took my call when I called in, and also how do I rate T-Mobile, and would I recommend T-Mobile to a family member or friend, and wanted me to rate them on a scale from 1 to 5. 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. Then he asked me, why did I call T-Mobile cust. care. I also asked him, is this call taking minutes from me, since its an incoming call, and he said "No", since its a call from T-Mobile.
For some reason, "I don't trust him"! Is this a scam? Do they normally call people to check their rating from customers?

Actually you just experienced a "voice of the customer" survey. No scam. Random users will be contacted to take a small survey about their customer care experience. The call will be tracked, scored, and if you say a rep did a really good job they get a neat little certificate, and a pat on the back. Also, this helps us track our quality, consistency, and customer experience. Thanks for taking the survey! 🙂

Thanks for responding. I was worried with all this scamming stuff. I didn't know that they did that. I have been a customer for nearly 3 1/2 to 4 years.
