Best-Buy Mobile and T-Mobile phones
I was wondering why or how Best-Buy can sell some T-Mobile phones that T-Mobile stores and authorized dealers,and even T-Mobile.com itself do not even offer. Specifically, the Nokia N95, N96 and I think N97, and I'm pretty sure the E63.
I know these phones are available for T-Mobile in the UK and on tmobile.co.uk,why not America?
Oh, and the Samsung Soul Rocks! They should bring that to the US too!

These phones you are mentioning are "unlocked" GSM phones. They are not tied to any specific carrier, nor are they offered by any US carrier. These phones you purchase at full invoice price with no subsidies. They will work with either T-Mobile or AT&T. However, if they have 3G from Nokia, the 3G(UMTS and HSDPA) will not work on T-Mobile's AWS 1700MHz spectrum. It will work on AT&T's 2100 MHz 3G signal.
